Thanks to Jeff Craven at Large and Chuck Love for the chance to share my music with Jennifer to a larger audience! Also in the works: a remix by the legendary Jay-J! I've gotten the ability to preview this one and it's incredibly good!
Jennifer Grimm and I will be performing Share It and other songs live at 414Soundbar with Mike Moilanen on August 2nd in Minneapolis, MN USA.

This is a fantastic and fresh anthem for the summer of 2008.
Beloved music maestro Chuck Love teams up with Spur and vocalist Jennifer Grimm for a fantastic new single entitled Share It. Chuck's trademark beats and bass are interwoven with sensual vocals and sharp, intelligent lyrics on this classic large tune. Pool Side mix is perfect for sipping Mojitos and going deep; Afromatic Vocal and Share This Dub are more peak time club tools... guaranteed to move even the most intense deep tech crowd. This is a fantastic and fresh anthem for the summer of 2008. Stand by for hot remixes coming soon...
ASCAP and Discogs
Wednesday, July 02, 2008
My recent "Share It" release is coming on the heels of my first ASCAP check ever, for the release of "Turn On," which was also credited to Chuck Love & Spur.
For any of you out there wondering, ASCAP really works! I registered "Turn On" well after it was released, so to see it getting royalties several months (almost a year) later is very encouraging.
Now if only I was as fortunate with my European successes. Tim Davison is the only collaborator with whom I have actually received any cold, hard cash (thank you, Tim)!
Tim Davison
Though I've had successful tracks with my good friend, vocalist Jennifer Grimm, myself as ENDC or Nathan C, as a writer for The 49th Line with Alucard and so on (on labels such as SOG, Armada, Somatic Sense, and Sony/BMG ) we still have yet to collect a dime from any of that music (not speaking for my friend Peter aka Alucard).
So I tried a few months ago to at least rectify some of the credit issues by adding my name as "songwriter" to one of my favorite sites, Discogs. Well guess what? I was put on probation! See the full reprimand below. The person who voted against me is named Mawiles.
As much as I love Discogs, I can't help but be a little peeved by this. When I wrote him back, he didn't respond. My questions included, "Do you want proper credit to go to the artists that create this music, or not?" Still haven't figured out what action to take next on this issue.
